It's very weird about every 6 weeks or so I seem to get the WORST back pain (lower back/into lower ribs)
And nothing helps (stretching, heat, ibruprophen)

I haven't worked out in 2 days, and really did nothing all day today.

Then it typically happens when I reach for something.

Could it be correlated to my AF?

It's just so wierd because typically as quick as it happens within about 2 days I'm fine.
