What are some healthy meal options?
I'm having a hard time coming up with some meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner that are good for you. I normally eat the same three things and I'm getting bored. What are some of your go to healthy meals?

What are some healthy meal options?
this is going to sound a little weird, but here goes. Oatmeal, cooked with water, and I add to it 2 tsp EVOO, 2 tsp grated cheese, black pepper, and top it with 2 over easy eggs. Love this, b/c it is filling, works for any meal, and I always have the ingredients on hand. I also do a lot of rice and beans, or beans and corn tortillas (soft) with veggies.

A savory oatmeal... That sounds delicious!

Re: What are some healthy meal options?
Breakfast - Ryvita fruit and nut crackers with low fat peanut butter and fruit (usually a Fuji apple)
Lunch - lean ground turkey flavored with pulled pork sauce, red kidney beans, corn, mozzarella cheese, tomato, and veggies - usually cauliflower or carrots & peas.
Dinner - tomato, mozzarella, 2 teaspoon olive oil, dry tuna fish with pepper or other spices, microwaved until just hot.
Snacks - Kozy Shack no sugar added chocolate pudding or rice pudding. Fruit flavored popsicles.
I'm going to try this recipe tonight for more tuna: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Spicy-Tuna-Fish-Cakes/Detail.aspx
I'll use All Recipes and search for healthy choices, also check out SkinnyTaste.com

Re: What are some healthy meal options?
Another odd one. What's for breakfast today. One cup of Greek plain yogurts, a cup of sautéed pink beans and a few tablespoons of clunky salsa.

Re: What are some healthy meal options?
I always have eggs, black beans, garbonzo beans, quinoa, peppers, onions, greek yogurt, cottage cheese and almonds/nuts at home. I also keep small low carb tortilla wraps on hand and change it up with these things for breakfast or lunch.
I also will have a shake in place of either breakfast or lunch and snack on nuts, carrots or other fruits and veggies.
