FET question

Sooooo.... We are thinking of transferring in the fall. I am gearing up for this road and I have some questions, naturally.

I want to work on getting my body ready, health wise. Aside from a good diet and exercise (already do), are there any supplements I should take?

I have 3 embies. When they thaw out, do they do all 3 at once? What is the rate of survival for a thaw out?

Have any of you had experience with a successful thaw with so few embryos? We would like to implant 1 this time, and I'm afraid of having none left in case the cycle isn't successful.
I feel like my fresh cycle was so medicated and my hormones were just "ready". Will it be the same with artificial meds?

Chat Icon TIA for the info

FET question

Oh WOW!!!! They usually freeze them in single straws and thaw them one at a time. I have done 2 FET's and thawed 2 each time with 100% survival. The only meds I was on was estrogen to build up my lining and PIO once my lining got to where it needed to be. Very easy and not stressful. I didnt take any supplements.

Re: FET question

I've done a couple of FETS in the past and just actually finished one. I tried to do a natural FET once and it was cancelled so we've done medicated ones since. I wouldn't say it's less medication. Really, it was about the same minus the stims. But generally, its very easy, from start to finish a month, unless you take bcp first.
As far as embies, I think it depends on the lab because I have 2 in some straws. The embryologist chooses the morning of, which to thaw. This last FET we chose to do a single embryo transfer too. Anything else just ask!

FET question

I did a Natural FET...SOOOO much easier than a fresh cycle. If they freeze using vitrification the success rates are almost identical to a fresh cycle.
