I was alerted to an incredible organization, based on LI, that is aiming to train businesses on a broad spectrum to address the needs of special needs children. They have a goal to go in and train higher-ups and employees on how to effectively deal with the autistic population with compassion, understanding and special skills to make families feel more comfortable in public places like restaurants, airlines and such.
