Weekly menu thread
Monday- Roast chicken, sweet potatoes, green salad
Tuesday - Tilapia Masala with rice and peas
Wed- Chicken chili with corn bread
Thursday- ST Dijon pork chops, rice, green salad
Friday (V Day)- Filet mignon, twice baked potatoes, roasted asparagus. Chocolate fondue for dessert
Saturday- leftover pork chops
Sunday- hopefully out for a late Vday dinner

Monday: cod fillet with sesame oil, ginger, garlic and soy sauce, steamed dumplings and edamame
Tuesday: crockpot shredded chicken breast made with rotel, salsa, cream cheese over rice
Weds: Cheddar hamburgers, garden salad
Thurs: stuffed peppers (rice and ground meat)
Friday: homemade pizza
Saturday: sloppy joes?

Tuesday : leftover meatloaf, pierogie with sauerkraut
Wednesday : Asian glazed chicken thighs, rice pilaf, cucumber salad
Thursday : Baked ravioli, salad
Friday : something with shrimp
Saturday : <I need a day off>

Wednesday - Maple glazed pork chops with rice pilaf and roasted broccoli
Thursday - Leftovers

ill just be posting what i ate the previous day since i never know ahead of time what im going to be eating..
yesterday:
brunch: fried chicken and waffles and half a bison burger with banana fritters from bareburger
dinner: spicy lemongrass chicken ramen and a side order of fried pig ears and a side of pork cheeks with kimchi

Last night...penne with sauce and soy crumbles, brussels sprouts
Tonight - aloo matar, aloo green beans, dhal, rice
Tuesday - leftover penne
Wednesday - leftover Bengali
Thursday - soup and sandwiches?
Friday - ordering out...pizza or chinese

Monday - Baked chicken cutlets with some McCormick's seasoning and mix of veggies; carrots, string beans and peas.
Tuesday - Bison Burger (no bun) with sautéed onions & mushrooms and roasted peppers and small thin slice of swiss cheese, possibly small salad on side.
Wednesday - chicken & veggie quesadillas on gluten free tortillas w/ mango avocado salad on the side
Thursday - baked chicken sausage and peppers
Friday - PIZZA (can't wait)
Saturday - roasted chicken with broccolli

Weekly menu thread
So, I've never done this, but I like the idea of trying to set it up ahead of time... maybe if I list it here, I will actually follow the menu!
Monday : porter house steak, hashbrowns, sauteed onions and mushrooms
Tuesday : grilled chicken, left-over hashbrowns, sauteed onions & mushrooms, and sauteed spinach.
Wednesday : Braised chicken with tomatoes, zucchini, squash, & spinach (onions & garlic) over g/f penne
Thursday : Baked lemon chicken with peppers & onions, jasmine rice
Friday : Left-overs, take-out, or another chicken dish - not sure yet.

Monday: Sunday leftovers of potato spanakopita type thing
Tuesday: Meatballs and spaghetti sauce with gluten free pasta. Side of cucumber salad.
Wednesday: Slow cooked beef with mashed potatoes, side of green beans.
Thursday: Not sure yet, maybe some kind of soup.
Friday: Not sure yet, DH is making dinner for Valentine's Day to surprise me so we'll seeeee.
Saturday: Rice pilaf + chicken thighs.

Rough week. We are going to MTK for Sun/Mon night, so I didn't do a big food shopping this week. Now with the storm, I"mthinking I should have!
Monday - Ina's Crispy Mustard Panko baked chicken pieces, roased carrots / celery / potato / beets
Tuesday - Chicken Fajitas
Weds - homemade pizza
Thurs - ? Bareburger?
Fri - Out for Chinese New Year!
Sat - ?
Sun - Out, Harvest on Fort Pond

yetserday i had
lunch- a forful of roast pork with a spoonful of rice and beans and a few tostones
dinner- went to Desnuda and had tuna ceviche with foie gras and a Bea arthur cone from the big gay ice cream shop
and a devil dog when i got home

its magical.
bea arthur is a cone with dolce de leche on the inside , vanilla ice cream and crushed vanilla waffers i think? its CRACK
the store is TINY but they have a huge bedazzled unicorn on the wall and their ice cream is incredible. if you go during the warmer months theres a tranny/cross dresser outside for crowd control lol its that popular!

and dinner i had a greek salad with lamb and pork souvlaki
and half a container of italian cookies

Tuesday: chicken, spinach, and Monterey Jack quesadillas on whole wheat tortillas
Wednesday: grilled wild salmon, maple chipotle mashed sweet potatoes, green beans
Thursday: split pea soup and elk steaks and sausage (don't ask  )
Friday: out
