GHI Ladies- Lupron
I have never used Lupron before but will be for this coming IVF. What is the max we can order of Lupron? I want to make sure I don't waste my max 3 fills. How much Lupron did you use for IVF? If you were on a Lupron protocol how much ganirelix did you use?
Since this is my last IVF, if this doesn't work and I haven't used 3 fills would I still be able to fill injectable medication for an OOP IVF? If not I might as well fill everything now.

It only has a 14 day life after the pharmacist mixes it.
ETA: I was on a Microdose Lupron/Estrogen Priming protocol last cycle. McDL is used to prevent ovulation, so you don't use ganirelix/cetrotide with it.

I'm going to be on microdose lupron to start my cycle. Mines only good for a month. I will not be using ganirelex.

I'm going to be on microdose lupron to start my cycle. Mines only good for a month. I will not be using ganirelex.
Oh okay. I think I'll just be on regular Lupron but I may be wrong. I'll ask them tomorrow. I'm only on CD 5 so I'll just have them wait to order everything if its only good for a short amount of time. Thanks! GL tomorrow.

The lupron that Dr. T prescribed me isn't premixed. I just checked my box and it's a 14 day supply but I only had to use it for 7 days. On the box it says to discard after 9/2014 but I filled it on 12/2013. Hope this helps!

I'm on regular lupron, nothing premixed. I only got one box but my nurse screwed up my order. I hear Leslie is much better with it lol

Yes, definitely helps. I think I will be getting the same kind as you. Oh and my appointment got canceled today...great more waiting.

Thanks. Maybe they can only order one of those? So annoying your nurse messed up your order. I wrote down the max of each med and will tell the nurse. I hope they will order the max. I hear Leslie is good but she canceled today so now I have to wait until Friday. When are you getting started?
