BCBA supervision hours question

For anyone who is a BCBA or is currently being supervised is there a maximum number of supervision hours per period? One of the supervisors said there was and one said no. I emailed bacb and they said "There is not a maximum amount of supervision, but please keep in mind that the minimum must be met in every supervisory period and that supervision counts towards the experience total in each supervisory period. This means that you are not able to exceed 30 hours of experience in a week (including supervision) regardless of how many supervision hours you receive. This also means that if you receive more than the minimum in one supervisory period, you must still meet the minimum for the next supervisory period and are not able to “roll over” hours."

So if I work a 30 hour week and get supervision for four hours each week I could count 8 hours of supervision during that two week time and only 52 experience hours?

I am pretty sure - I find the whole thing so confusing - honestly, when I was getting my BCBA I harassed them with them with emails - at the time - there was only one email address for all inquiries! I'm an old fart.
