I really think they need to give psychiatric testing to some sellers before they are allowed to put the house on the market. We have been mortgage approved for almost 2 months now and the friggin seller is pushing back closing again!

Why doesn't your atty just send a time is of the essence letter? If your bank gave you the clear to close I would do it. They then have 30 days to close from the letter.
