Wet moldy basement?
Our basement is very wet and subsequently mold/mildewy. I'm pretty sure it's a plumbing issue because water comes in when there is no rain, we have brand new cesspools and when I do laundry or shower the basement has puddles! Does anyone have any recommendations companies that deal with this. I always see tons of ads for basement companies but wasn't sure who is good. Also would I need a plumber in addition to a basement co or will a basement co do everything (stop the leak/find the source Of the water/remove mold etc)?

Wet moldy basement?
It sounds like you need a plumber - it's probably a leak in a pipe somewhere. As for the mold in the meantime, get a dehumidifier.
