Hello,

we are about to go fwd and convert but I am a little nervous over the inspector coming to the house and going into my basement and seeing that it is finished that like. some people told me that if I get a nosey inspector and sees that my basement is finished that my taxes can go up.

our basement isn't listed as anything for tax purposes but it is actually finished and actually the way we bought the house

I was wondering if anyone had this issue?
