For tanks and shorts I like Old Navy, Target and Kohls.
For yoga pants/capris, Victoria's Secret is my favorite.

I like the tanks at Gap and Old Navy, but my favorite lounge/pj pants are from Target - Gillian and O'Malley.

I rarely wear shorts (at least not in public) but picked up a few cotton lounge pairs at Target the other day.
I also love the long tanks from Old Navy that cover my butt.
The plain cotton ones....not the ones with the lines in the material. I have a ton of those too though.

Target has great tanks and shorts. As others said the long cotton ones are the best. They always have sales on the fun print ones. I like color.
I also like Annie Sez. THey have a good "workout" section of clothes.
