Carpal Tunnel?
My left wrist has been bothering me for the past week. It hurts if I bend it; use it to open anything. I'm thinking it might be CT? I don't know if it's worth a trip to the dr. Anyone experience this? I know it's something that can develop during pregnancy.
Thinking about getting a wrist guard thing and seeing if that helps at all.

Carpal Tunnel?
Sounds like it's CT. Get a wrist brace and see if it helps. There's really not a whole lot that can be done for CT other than rest, the brace, and eventually surgery if it's really bad - but a lot of women develop it during pregnancy and then it goes away.... I've had it for over 10 years and since I no longer play an instrument, it's gotten MUCH better. I used to have debilitating pain and numbness/weakness.

Re: Carpal Tunnel?
I self-diagnosed CT in my 3rd tri. I basically had numbness/tingling in my right hand all the time. It was worse at night though. Very common, unfortunately.
Thankfully, it got better right after I gave birth and was totally gone around 2 weeks postpartum.
