Who to give holiday gifts to at school? Teacher, aids, helpers, before-care?

My son is in kindergarten so this is all new to me. Who do I give holiday gifts to this season? (I know I don't have to, I want to.)

In his class with the teacher are:
2 teacher assistants, they float from class to class
1 assistant who's there a few days a week, helps with the kids jackets, reading, snack time

He also is in before care. There is one teacher who oversees the kids, and 2 aids who sit with and play with the kids every day.

I don't know any of the other teachers, art, music, gym, library...

For preschool, I've given gift cards...Target, BB&B, Dunkin Donuts. Is $10 each for the aids too little? I have no idea about all of this!!

I plan to only do the main teacher and the teacher's helper. I have never met or heard from/about the music, art and gym teachers, so I won't be getting for them.

I only did the main teacher, and the bus driver. When my kids were in after care, I always got the after care teacher a very small something. Like a Christmas mug from the dollar store filled with candy or hot cocoa.

I've never gotten anything for the gym/art/music/library teachers.

I'm getting the main teacher, and bus driver.

My younger son is still at the daycare (and my K age son goes to before/after care there) so I'll do my usuual HUGE dessert platter for 'the staff' and buy for the younger one's teacher - there are just too many in and out of the classrooms to keep track!
