Beef stew
Do you put potatoes in your beef stew? Or do you serve it with potatoes or rice on the side?

Beef stew
I do like potatoes in beef stew but I don't always include them. Paula Deen has a good recipe without potatoes. If I'm hoping to have leftovers to freeze I tend to leave them out. I like to serve it with fresh biscuits!

Re: Beef stew
That's actually the recipe I was thinking of trying. Last time I made stew I used the Pioneer Woman recipevand I couldn't decide between the two. I'll try Paula's today and see which we like better. I'm still debating if I'll add potatoes or not.
