what's your best dish?
People go nuts over my mac and cheese. I always tell them it the recipe that's on the box of ronzoni elbows. I just use a little less milk and use cabot "seriously sharp" cheese

I make a pasta dish. With garlic alfredo sauce, sundried tomatos and asparagus. Everyone loves it. Even my picky kids lol

Re: what's your best dish?
i make the same 10-15 dishes on repeat lol . They r all super easy and fast and some r semi homeade. I'm busy so i do what works!
- chicken stir fry w rice. Super easy. I sautee onions, garlic and ginger, then add cubed chicken with ginger teriyaki sauce (or any other asian sauce) and some soy sauce then after chicken is cooked i throw in tons of veggies (or trader joes stir fry pre cut veggies) over rice. Sometimes i mix it up and toss in angel hair and toss it all with asian sauce together.
- Turkey tacos- buy lean ground turkey. Brown it then follow directions on taco kit
- rigatoni w/fresh meat sauce- brown lean beef then add ragu and serve over pasta lol
- chicken marala- takes some time
- baked ziti
- manwhich w/turkey. Basically turkey sloppy joes. My fam loves it
- mustard crusted with panko on top salmon OR chicken
- homeade baked chicken parm w pasta
- homeade chicken nuggets/fried tenders. Dip chicken in egg then in breadcrumbs and throw on skillet w/generous amount of oil. Serve with whatever .
- i buy trader joes indian sauces which are amazing. I dice chicken, cook on skillet, add a full container of the indian sauce (yellow curry) and serve over rice. Amazing. Sometimes i add a bag of frozen peas.
- turkey meatballs over rice or pasta
- New easiest recipe- homeade quesadillas. SO EASY and amazing!! Buy a rotisserie chicken. I shred the chicken into a bowl, add my favorite BBQ sauce. Mix together. Throw a tortilla on the skillet then take it off after about 10 seconds. Throw another one on, turn it over, add the shredded chicken, add some cheese, put second tortilla over then cut into 4 squares and serve w/guac and sour cream. I make 2-3 of these.
