Shoulder Pain
I woke up in the middle of the night with horrible shoulder pain. Almost like a stiff neck feeling. Are there any remedies that you ladies have? I was up most of the night because of it.

I'm 17 weeks and it starts just below my neck and goes down my shoulder blade on my right side.

Probably just the pillow, but definitely mention it to your doc.

I'm thinking it was the pillow too. I'm going to switch it with a spare one I have. Hopefully it helps.
