sleeping- shoulder pain
I'm sleeping on my let side now and my shoulder is killing me - what do you do to get more comfortable - do you have one of those body pillows. I didn't want to spend the $, but it may be needed.

i feel your pain i try to stay on the left side and hours later my hip is killing me....i just keep going from the left side to the right it is annoying but alot of girls recommend the snoogle body pillow i may have to invest in this
