Is it possible to do a CVS or amnio....
if pregnant with twins? I'm curious to know options of you put in 2 embryos and they both take. Can you do a CVS or amnio to test the babies separately?

Not sure about CVS, but doing an amnio on fraternal twins should not be a problem since there are two separate sacks.

Yes, for both. It is actually the only way to test for genetic abnormalities in multiples. If fraternal, they will take a sample from each sac (the needle would need to be inserted twice to do the test). If identical then only one sample is needed.

I would imagine that CVS would also be possible, due to separate placentas in fraternals.
