What were some signs of Aspergers in your child?

DS (6) doesn't seem to meet the classic symptoms but socially seems to have lots of behaviors.

He often has severe temper tantrums when things don't go his way to the point he was just suspended from little league for 2 games.

I wasn't there but DH said he had an extreme meltdown over his spilled Gatorade.

Couldn't be calmed down. Some parents apparently complained that he is disruptive and could hurt someone.

I've had him followed at Cohen's and in the past they gave ADD but has no major issues in school beyond being quick to become emotional if things don't go his way.

Teacher says he is easily redirected though. Super smart, loves to learn.

Only fixation really is Minecraft but I also think a lot of kids are obsessed with this so not sure that's so out of the norm...

Gets along with everyone mostly.

Will go up to most kids.

Can be bossy though.

Over the weekend had a meltdown over a little kid knocking down a tower him and his cousin had made. The kid was tall though but only like 2 and in his mind, he thought he was 4 or 5.

He is quick to temper and cry which at this age (6) feel he should be beyond.
