Touch faucets

are they really worth it? can anyone recommend one under $200 or am i unrealistic? I'd like a bronze one.

I'm not sure you will be able to fine one under 200. I like the idea since we are always messy but we went with a normal one cause the tuoch were too much money

We have an automatic sensor faucet in our kitchen sink and we have stopped replacing the battery b/c we found it kind of annoying. In theory it's a great idea, but in practice it kept going off at times we didn't want it to (e.g., draining pasta and the steam set it off).

I wouldn't spend the money on this feature.

we stayed away. we were warned it was a really bad idea with a cat who likes water

I'm laughing because my best friend has one, and while convenient at times, it's annoying with the temperature setting. Like, if your washing dishes on a high temp, and turn it off, and the next person uses it to wash their hands, they will burn themselves. She goes nuts whenever someone else needs to use the kitchen sink. I'm afraid to go near it (based on her reactions), lol!

We have one, but it came with the house when we bought it last year. I really like it (especially when washing dishes), but it's not something I would pay $200 for.
