It's popular to do ham, especially ham with pineapple. I always thinks it looks pretty and it was served a lot when I was little so that screams Easter to me.

Or you can do Italian style, lasagna or chicken parm and such.

My in-laws love to do deviled eggs, pierogies and kielbasa. but they make that every holiday pretty much.

You can pretty much make anything you want for Easter. I always just make sure there are some Easter colored (pastel colored) desserts in there!

Re: Easter Menu

Here's my menu, it's basically the same every year!
Shrimp cocktail
Pizza Rustica
Antipasto skewers

We always do a Leg of Lamb and a Honey Baked Ham. My sides are roasted baby potatoes, and usually a scalloped potatoes dish, Asparagus w/ Bearnaise sauce, roasted carrots, string beans almondine, and maybe one other side.

Desserts are pastries, strawberry cheesecake, grain pie, and a fruit platter.
