Menu Thread- Week 10/15
Since when I post post what I'm cooking I'm more likely to cook it....
Sunday: Spaghetti and meatballs
Monday: Sausage and pepper heroes, homemade fries
Tuesday: Chicken chili
Wednesday: ST pumpkin mac n cheese w/roasted veggies
Thursday: BBQ salmon, roasted potatoes, grilled squash
Friday: One pot pesto chicken pasta with spinach
Saturday: out

Menu Thread- Week 10/15
Sunday - grilled sea bass, roasted potatoes, peas
Monday - chicken Caesar salads
Tuesday - potato leek soup
Wednesday - leftovers salad
Thursday - leftover soup, green salad
Friday - pasta with sauce and meatballs
Saturday - at a wedding

Monday: chicken soup
Tuesday: quiche
Wednesday: baked ziti with sausage
Thursday: turkey shepherds pie or out to eat
Friday: leftovers

Same here.
Sunday : Roast beef with roasted shallots and carrots, roasted potatoes, tomato and feta salad
Monday : Hamburgers, macaroni salad, green salad
Tuesday : leftover roast beef with ?
Wednesday : honey-soy chicken thighs baked with rice, sauteed zucchini.
Thursday : pasta with chicken meatballs, eggplant
Friday : pizza
Saturday : in Mystic CT for a St. John hurricane benefit. It's my birthday eve too.

Mon - vegan enchiladas
Tue - sweet potato/chickpea burgers
Wed - enchiladas leftovers
Thu - soup
Fri - not sure
Sat - may be camping

I'm really going to try to stick to it this week!
Sunday: Burgers, hot dogs, macaroni salad
Monday: Slow cooker buffalo chicken pasta
Tuesday: Grilled chicken and baked sweet potatoes
Wednesday: Cheesy chicken and broccoli cauliflower rice
Thursday: Chicken sausage and veggies
Friday: DH is playing cards so I'll probably make a sandwich
Saturday: Might be going out

Tues: Breaded tilapia, rice, asparagus
Wed: Grilled steak, burnt broccoli, and sweet potato fries
Thurs: eggplant parm & penne
Fri: BBQ chicken, fingerling potatoes, and steamed veggies
Sat: pretzel crusted mustard tilapia, corn, baked potato
Sun: Chicken Francese and angel hair pasta
