Embryo storage payment fee's
In case some of you don't know I usually post this every year... if you are an IVF patient of LI IVF and have embryos being stored typically you would be receiving a $300 bill each quarter of the year totaling $1200 by the end of the year. However, if you call the 1-888 number on your bill you can pay your storage for the year and it will only cost $600 as long as you call by April. Therefore, instead of paying
The full $1200 you would only be paying half. I was never told this by anyone, I happened to find out accidently when I went to phone in my quarterly payment a few years ago instead of mailing it out. Figured I'd pass the info on.

Does it only make sense to do this if you are paying OOP? My insurance pays for the storage 100%. I'm assuming I can't make my insurance pay for the year in full by a certain date?
