I can't even fathom letting a 12 year old watch that show, let alone a 12 year old even being able to grasp the extremely complicated story line and follow who all the characters are.
I can't even understand the storyline and follow it at all. It gives me a headache.
I can't imagine a 12 year old following it, but maybe I'm just not that bright!

i've read the books, and sometimes I can't follow it all either! Seriously.. i was so excited when the show came out and there was a whole thing HBO put showing the family trees and sigils of each family so i could double check who was who and what they did.

At what age...
My daughter is 17 - she hasn't asked but I don't think I'm ready for her to see all that violence and nudity is the huge holdup.
