I just cook up some pasta (usually rotini) add sliced red onion, kalamata olives, chopped seeded cucumbers (sometimes), diced red peppers, crumbled feta cheese (lots of it), chickpeas and then use a good amount of greek dressing. Better after it sits for at least a few hours. I like to get the dressing from a Greek restaurant if I can but bottled is fine. There's one I've found a few times called Yiasou that is good!

The recipe calls for you to make your own dressing which is delicious but if you don’t have time and then I’m sure a bottled variety works perfectly
