Covid vaccine effect
My 12 year old son got his 1st vaccine last night and has been sleeping on and off all day. Just checking if anyone else had the same side effect for their kids. How long did it last?
Please no debates. Thanks! He’s fine, but sleepy. I had no side effects for either besides sore arm and DH had a side effect after 2nd shot.

Covid vaccine effect
My nephew got both doses, and was very tired for 24 hours following both. All he did was sleep, even missed school the day after his first dose.

My 12 year old was very tired after the first dose. He took a nap which he never does! He was fine after the second dose (just had a sore arm).

Covid vaccine effect
While neither of my children had any side effects, many of their friends were tired the day of/next day. I think it's common. I'm glad he's back to feeling like himself!

Most of my students were fatigued. The next day and missed school. They were back the following day.

DS was tired after the second dose. But he was on vacation and he goes to sleep late and some days he has sports, that we didn't know if it was lack of sleep or because of the vaccine.

Our teenage employees who were vaccinated all were fatigued after shot 1 & 2. But no other issues but 1 who’s arm was sore. (3 of them were vaccinated - ages 17 & 18)
