Sorry you are feeling so frustrated. Is there any way you can get a run in before work or possibly go for a run during your lunch break? I often have to sacrific working out for work and I just try to remind myself that it is not going to be forever. The best advice I can give you is to try to squeeze in a workout where you can...Try to ignore your coworkers if possible- It is only going to make you more frustrated to listen to them.

May I ask what you do for work?
A lot of people I know work out during lunch. I hate doing that and wouldn't be able to deal with it, but if it is that important to you maybe you need to take a long lunch and run during that time.
There is not much you can do besides take a personal day. i don't think your colleagues or your boss will sympathize with you unfortunately.
I'm really sorry and all I can do is give you virtual hugs!!

Thanks for the  ! Unfortunately I don't leave my desk for lunch, we always order in. I do consulting so have crazy deadlines. I love the work I do, hate the hours.
Thanks for the help. Just have to hope it gets better soon.
