05 moms...Are you planning to enroll

your child in any activities this year??

Ry has been in "my gym" since last year, I really love it BUT the only class I can attend is the 2-3 yr old class and I KNOW DS is going to be totally bored!

I thought about lil sluggers or soccer tots, although Im not thrilled with the location (or the price)

Dance is not an option (however I think he'd love it)

Rj is VERY active, he will go to preschool 5 days/week BUT it's not enough.

He LOVES sports and plays a mean hockey, lacrosse and people are amazed at how he can throw a ball...

Any suggestions??? What are your kids doing this year?

Re: 05 moms...Are you planning to enroll

Julia's week is all booked up for the fall! She takes dance classes this will be her 2nd year, and she is also in gymnastics, and will be going to school 2 days a week so she really only has one day off, which I like keeps us busy!

Sarah will be doing nursery school 3 days a week, and I'm debating between dance or gymnastics. She really wants dance, but her best friend is doing gymnastics and I think she'll be sad to be split up from her.

I'll probably do an art class again, she really liked that and either dance or gymnastics.
I am not going to try soccer again until the spring. We tried it this spring and she just wasn't interested.
I figure with starting school having one or two activities plus a new sibling she'll be really well occupied.

I work for the daycare/preschool- so he comes to work with me....The academic program is pretty impressive but not something I could afford had I not worked there...KWIM?

We attend at Hunitington b/c it was the only place for summer! But we actually signed up for there for fall also b/c I work so I needed a weekend session. So far we love it. It keeps my son moving the whole hour which is exactly what he needsChat Icon

Would you consider Huntington or is it too far for you?

gillys doing dance. I checked out my gym which she loved but was in a trial class with 3 yr olds and honestly...she had NO CLUE. You might want to drive a little and do soccer tots with him. There is a karate place on patch holbrook rd in the lot before gateway plaza. Go and see what they say...nothing to lose.
