1 year old schedule/food/milk/naps - HELP
can you share your routines for your 1 year olds. including what time they wake, nap, (how many naps) and what a typical day looks like with breakfast, lunch, dinners, snacks? im having some hard time here and was hoping maybe you ladies could share what's working for you.
i cant decide for the life of me if my DC should be on 1 or 2 naps, either. it's beginning to change here!
also do you do milk with meals or in bottles, separately?

Hi there,
My DD is 11 months old ... close!!!
She naps twice a day, usually around 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Anything later then that will cause her to be up too late.
We haven't put her on milk yet, but she drinks about 16-24 ounces of formula a day.
She's eating baby food, won't do tablefood yet, so not sure if you're looking for tablefood feedback?

Wake: 6am
Eats breakfast: 7am - usually yogurt, milk, and either one waffle or french toast stick or 1/2 lenders bagel or 1/2 English muffin, etc.
Naps: 9-9:30/9:45
Eats lunch and milk: 11-11:30
Naps: 1:30-2:30/3pm
Snack: 2:30 and sometimes again around 4:30
Dinner: 5:30
Walk after our dinner - 6:30-7:10ish
Bath: 7:15pm
Bed: 7:30-8pm with milk
She takes a sippy of water all day.

The morning and afternoon are in a sippy. At night she gets it in a bottle still. She sits on the couch with us, drinks her bottle, watches Wheel of Fortune and falls asleep - USUALLY.
