10 wk old sneezing, coughing, no fever. call doctor?
She seems fine, shes eating, and no fever, but shes sneezing, has boogies, and coughs (but not constant). Do you call the peds, shes only 10wks old? or do I just keep i on, and make sure no fever?

Just keep an eye on her behavior and chekc for fever. There's really nothing the Dr. can do. You may also want to put a humidifier near her to help loosen up congestion.

I wouldn't call- the last thing you want to do is bring her in (and get exposed to God-knows-what in the pffice) only to be told to:
Use saline drops with the boogie sucker Humidifier Perhaps raise the head of her crib?
If she starts wheezing/having trouble breathing, develops a fever- THEN absolutely call the doctor.
Feel better baby...

Re: 10 wk old sneezing, coughing, no fever. call doctor?
Vincent is just starting to get over his cold (he'll be 11 weeks on Thursday) .... I took him to the doctor twice to make sure that his lungs/throat/ears were clear.
Basically all you can do is Saline and aspirate ALOT (like every 2 hours) Use a cool mist humidifier Take baby into a steamy bathroom
When you burp her, tap the sides (gently of course), not her spine. It will help loosen the mucus in the lungs.
Flush her system with some water also in a bottle. 1/2 oz at a time. I did this especially after I salined his nose and it helped clear his throat.
Also have her sleep in a swing or bouncy chair (upright). Vincent couldn;t sleep on his back at all without choking.
