Ours will be at the park and start around 2pm and end "whenever"

2. did you offer beer or alcohol for the adult guests? I will yes...its a BBQ like event and we will have a lot of people and a lot of drinkers..Since its outside, no wine...but lots of beer and cooler like drinks.

3. what was in your goody bags? Im doing a backyardigan theme and I think Im gonna have these mini pinatas with a toy in them for the under 7 crowd.

4. for those that had it outdoors, did you schedule a raindate?
No...our location has a pavillion with doors incase it rains. Which is why I choose it.

Ours will be at home, so there's no time limit, but I'm starting the party at either 1 or 2pm.

Yes, there will be plenty of alcohol It's the only way I can tolerate 25 children

I didn't have goody bags for my first DD and probably will not this time either.

No raindate (although when Kate turned 1 I had to have a "coxsackie date" ). We are actually buying 2 tents that we'll put up in the event of rain.

Not sure, I will have it start at 1pm (as of now) and last 3-4 hrs. It's going to be in our backyard, so it'll end when it ends.

We will. It's going to be a casual backyard thing, but we'll have beer and wine

I will hit up the Dollar Tree for age appropriate toys for the kids that attend. Considering those adorable containers by Val (Joenick)

Ours will be in our backyard. No raindate. If it rains, we'll move it indoors. PRAY that it doesn't rain!

it was 4 hrs. from 2-6 PM

2. did you offer beer or alcohol for the adult guests? we offered beer, wine and soda

3. what was in your goody bags?
we did pail and shovels with the childs name on them and put a few lolipops, a pad and pencil, a silly straw, bubbles, and bouncing ball was in the pail...

4. for those that had it outdoors, did you schedule a raindate? we had it in a hall.

2. did you offer beer or alcohol for the adult guests? I will offer beer and wine (and will be drinking it too!)

4. for those that had it outdoors, did you schedule a raindate? I THINK I'm going to rent a heated tent for the yard(party is in April), but if I don't, it will be inside my house which I'm trying to avoid!

it was at a diner (fame in flushing) from 1 to 5

nope.. my feeling is its a childs 1st bday no need for the alcohol.. however there was a bar outside the room if it was necessary. yes this year since its an outdoor bbq

3. what was in your goody bags?
we made homemade cookies with the twins first letter of there name and i made choco bars and made wrappers to go on them.
this year got the boxes from val (joenick) and im putting wiffle balls cracker jacks and making balls and bats chocolate pops.

4. for those that had it outdoors, did you schedule a raindate?
this year prob since the party is aprill 27th god knows what its going to be like and my apartment is too small for 30 kids and prob double the amount of adults..

The party was 12-4.

We had beer and wine for whoever wanted it.

We had Val (joenick) make boxes for us. I put a small book, a small ball and organic cookies. The boxes were a hit BTW.

We held our party in the backyard. We had a tent over the tables and a tent over the children's play things. We didn't schedule a rain date....we hoped for the best and had the tents as back-up.

Ours is from 1 to whenever. Entertainment is coming at 2 - 3.

It's inside, so no worries about rain.

Goody bags, I'm making personlized sand buckets with sippies with names on them, elmo books, sesame street cookie cutters and I'm not sure what else. The old kids will probably just get something edible.

I hadn't planned on having alcohol since we aren't really drinkers.

We have backyard BBQ. So it will be from afternoon until...

yes. All people who will be invited drink in moderation.

Not sure yet. It will be a mix of adult and kids.

No. We have a gazebo on the patio and there is the inside for backup.

1) I rented a hall (like a VFW) and they give us 4 hours.

2) I will have beer and alcohol for the grown-ups.

3) I actually just posted a thread with pics of my favor boxes recently. I will be giving a coloring book with a box filled with a finger puppet - lollipop - stickers - crayons - memory card game- whistle - prism kaleidoscope,
