Okay soooooo I have a question. I just started WW Online 3 weeks ago. I've had a huge success with the program in the past, losing 25lbs before my wedding in 2006 and it helped me to lose the baby weight after my first son was born in '07.
With the new program, I'm a little bit concerned. I'm following it to the letter and yet I've only lost 3 lbs. My clothes are loser though. Is this happening to anyone else with the new program? I know I'm working out a lot (running, pilates, etc) but I'm concerned that the number on the scale isn't moving. I never use my activity points and I only use some of the extra points they give. Help!

I have been working on weight loss on my own since the beginning of the year, but I think I need the meetings to get me on track.

First things first. You cannot say you ONLY lost 3 lbs. Congrats on the LOSS!!
Losing 1-2 lbs per week is healthy. Just think in a year you can lose 52 lbs!!
What are you eating? Are you being active?

I know, I know.  I didn't mean it to come across as I'm upset that I only lost 3 lbs. Trust me...I'm happy about that! What I'm confused about is I remember the first couple of weeks loss with the OLD WW plan would typically be higher. If I keep losing 1-2 lbs per week, I'll be happy.
I'm definitely active. I run several times per week and also do pilates and yoga. I just started incorporating weights into my routine. As for what I'm eating, it's definitely healthy. I cut out soda and most sugar, bread etc. Eating a lot of veggies, some fruit, grilled and steamed chicken, etc. I guess the "no big loss" the first week just disappointed me a little bit.

Awesome! You are very inspirational in the forum here so I can only imagine that you will be great actually working for WW.

I gained 2lbs but that was over the course of 2 weeks (didn't weigh in last week) & I had a feeling bc I really didn't follow the program. We had family in & were eating out alot & mucho snacks...back on the wagon today
