I am back...I rejoined last week. I made lifetime last March after losing 48 lbs post baby #3. I managed to put back on 21 lbs in the past year. Had my first weigh in this morning.
Week 1
down 4.8

I went up 2.4. I went out with my friends to Cheesecake Factory last Friday night, but I counted everything. I don't know if that was it, because I was good the rest of the week. Back on track today

I can't believe I am saying this, but I am down 2.6 this week!!!!!! It's my third week back on WW, and my losses in the last 2 weeks were a pound or less (thanks to that time of the month) and I am so thrilled to see this number!

Well I finally got past my plateau and lost 3 pounds this last week!!! I'm officially down 64 pounds since I joined WW 4-30-2010!!
I am seriously thinking about what my goal weight will be!!!

Lost 1.5lbs this week for a total of 29.5lbs in 12 weeks.
I realized this week that I'm still eating too many carbs. Even though I'm staying within my points all my snacks and most of my meals involve carbs. That's something I need to work on.
That's amazing! Too many carbs and you're still losing that much?! Keep up the great work!

I was a little disappointed when I weighed myself this morning. Every morning i weight myself, its something I've always done. For the past 3-4 days I was weighing in about 2 pounds less than I did today. But a loss is a loss and i could have gained.

Stayed the same this week and I had even more exercise. Grrrr. I was expecting to drop something so you can imagine my disappointment when she said you stayed the same. Still down 10.6 though and going strong. I haven't gained since I started!

Dont feel defeated. .2 is still a loss. You could have gained .2 pounds.
I was disappointed by my loss this week and then I told myself that i had to move on. Just gotta keep on going
