Weighed in on sat. I was up a pound. I thought I was going to be up because I had Chinese food the night before. I also realized thinking back how stressed I was because my son has been sick and was having tubes put in. This week I am determined to make better food choices and make sure I track every single thing I eat.

I know it can be frustrating but you sound like you're being very realistic.
If you lose 11.6 pounds every weeks it will ADD up!! Weight loss (that lasts and is healthy) takes time. You'll get there

Gained .4 this week and it was 100% deserved. Honestly, thought it was going to be a lot more.
To much celebrating all last week and this past weekend. I"m still in "Range" on maintenance, but, still, don't want to slip into old habits!

First week on WW and I lost 4 lbs!
I was so strict about eating and I bumped up my exercise. I am really liking the new Points Plus. I used to freak out when I went to restaurants but this seems to really work for me. YAY!!

Part of maintenance (I've come to realize) does include going up and down. I go up some weeks half a pound or a pound, then the next week lose it. You'll just lose it next week

Thank you! I love that veggies/fruit are basically free. I could never do core because it was too restrictive. This is a night blend of the two! It was so easy to go out and just have steamed veggies and a salad as side dishes and not feel horrible! I even had 29 extra weekly points that I didn't use!
I was so happy this morning. I came out and handed my husband 4 lbs of butter (I do baking so I happen to have this, lol). I was like "this is no longer on my @ss...."!!

I finally feel ready to do this. I have been doing zumba for a few months and started running (okay, joy/walking) last week. I feel better.
I mean, I lost 120 lbs a few years ago. Towards the end, it got very unhealthy and between that and life handing me some tough circumstances, I put a ton back on. I just finally feel ready to do this again.....the right way!

Im back!
Lifetime member but I am not happy at the lifetime #. I guess my goal was pre pg weight which I reached but I fluctuate with 2/3lbs and I dont like "me" and how I look. Its different. I also dont have the availability to work out so I hope with summer coming, I can get out and make that happen.
1st day back. need to get hard core. Happy to be here again.

I know what you are going through I've been through it many many times.
What helped me was weighing myself every single day twice a day. I didnt get hung up on the number but I noted what I had ate the day before and if that had an impact on what I weighed in at. For a long time i could "cheat" on fridays and have a good weigh in on Monday. Now I'm "cheating" monday and tuesday and staying OP all other days.
I recently started adding snacks to my day and try to walk atleast 2-3 miles.

I had my first weigh in on Monday and lost 6.8lbs! Things are gong well so far, although I'm still getting used to the program. Hope the weight continues to come off!

Keep with it!! From my experience with WW, tracking and planning are the two tools that REALLY helped me with weight loss. I plan most of my days the night before and I keep my tracker out on the kitchen counter and write everything down right away!! You can do it!!

I weighed in today (a few days early- I usually weigh in on Sat. but couldn't make it to my meeting). I weighed in at around 11:30 AM after breakfast...whereas I normally weigh in a few hours earlier (without eating breakfast) so I think that accounted for me going up .8lbs. so no big deal.
I'm still tracking!!
Would anyone like to share what they eat for breakfast on WW? My leader's challenge for the week is try 3 new breakfasts but I eat the same thing every day (egg white omlette with toast!)

there were a few good ones in the weekly that i plan on trying but heres one from our leader. i had it this morn . pretty good and filling. she gave recipe in class but i missed part of it so heres what i found online...
Weight Watchers Cheese Danish Things You'll Need bread or english muffins ricotta cheese (part skim) cinnamon sugar substitute toaster oven
First lightly toast 2 slices of bread or english muffin.
In small bowl measure 1/4 cup of part skim ricotta. Mix into the part skim ricotta, 1 packet of artificial sweetener (such as Equal, Splenda)and about 1/8 tsp cinnamon.
Then spread the mixture on both slices of the toast (half on each piece). Lightly sprinkle the ricotta mixture with a dusting of cinnamon.
Place into the toaster oven and broil (or in the broiler if you don't have a toaster oven). Make sure you watch it carefully because it will burn quickly and you only want it to start to bubble. Remove and eat!!

Ooh that sounds pretty good! My leader gave us a similiar recipe actually- a "cannoli" basically you still use ricotta but you put it on light cinnamon raisin bread along with vanilla, orange zest, and cinnamon. She said it tastes like a cannoli (or similiar).
I think I'll have to try at least one of those!! I love cannolis and cheese danish!!

1 month in on WW and I am down 6.2lbs. Not bad, but not as fast as I would like.
I feel like in the past when I did WW, I would lose 10-15 lbs the 1st month.
