I forgot to post last week.
After all the trouble I had with WW and going off and going on, I basically restarted and put myself as of week 2 (Thanks to everyone here for their support  ) Last week I lost 3.8 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Week 2 : 3.8lbs
Total loss since I first started: 7.6lbs

Week 16: Lost .7 for a total of 35.1lbs
I'm just glad I lost something this week. I had a really bad eating weekend last weekend and worked so hard this week to lose the 2lbs I gained last weekend.

I just joined and started this past Monday! I really want my weigh-in days to be friday, so I will go next friday for my 1st weigh in.
I hope I lose a few lbs by then. I am looking to lose 30lbs from pregnancy weight and weight gain from stress.

ROUGH WEEK THIS WEEK!!
Lots of stress eating as well as my monthly bill.
I'm down .6 pounds
Total -24.2
I had switched my WI day to Friday in anticipation of a busy May and June.

I would love to join you ladies! On Tuesday I signed up for the online WW and I am really motivated and hopeful!!
I am also a nursing mom and I am definitely holding on to weight because of it.  My Son will be one next month and I really want to lose some weight before his bday party.
I have been good about sticking to the plan and I weigh in on Sunday, so hopefully that scale will be moving.

After being off from work for 2 weeks, a holiday, and going away I'm up 2.4lbs.
I wanted to go up a little so it doesn't bother me. I'd like to lose maybe a pound of what I gained and just maintain that. Weight can be so tempermental! Either way, I'm happy!

Hi ladies,
I just re-joined today. I'm a LT member. I joined when I had 15 to lose. I've been at goal for years. After pregnancy, I went back to goal weight without trying, thanks to nursing. But lately, my eating habits have been pretty bad. I recently became a SAHM and have been eating all day! I weighed myself this am and gained 5 lbs, so I decided to hit a meeting. I want to nip it in the bud before I gain more. Hopefully this will motivate me.
I look forward to chatting with you all.

If I lose 1 pound...JUST 1 POUND next week I'll hit goal and be 60lbs lighter

I did my first weigh in, down 4 lbs!!! Yay! Hopefully this week will be successful too.
I have a question, I make a juice most mornings, it consists of: Handful of kale, handful of spinach, 1/2 cucumber and an apple and/or orange. How many points is this?? TIA
ETS: I know it says 0 points for fruit and veggies but I want to make sure it would be the same if it was juiced veggies. I have been counting it as 1 point so far..

I weighed myself this morning ( I weigh myself twice a day it helps me stay on track) and I was a little lower than I was the week before. So I'm guessing the 1.8 was water weight.

Jessica- I know the feeling..sometimes as hard as you try, water weight can just set in. I feel like just being a women between ovulating and AF your weight will fluctuate so much! Hang in there and you'll see the progress.

Grr feeling frustrated. I can't seem to get past the weight I'm at. I've stayed completely on plan and havent dipped into my extra 49 at all this week. We went walking last night and walked 2 miles.
My personal goal was to lose 5 pounds each month at the rate I'm going its not gonna happen.
