5/14 - 15 min on the bike, 15 min treadmill (1 min run, 1 min walk) - I haven't run in YEARS so I'm happy I lasted this long (sad as it is!). I def need new sneakers though!!

Did a cardio Kickbox video off On Demand.
Did the Self Magazine slim down toning exercies with the fitness ball.
Went for 2 long walks with my puppy:)

I keep forgetting about this board!! Augh!
For the past 2 weeks my weeks have been exactly the same.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - C25K week 1 (yep, did it for 2 weeks b/c I didn't feel confident enough to move up LOL)
Tuesdays and Thursdays - 7 mile bike ride at Hecksher State Park...pulling a trailer with my DS in it. He weighs 21lbs.
Saturdays - yard work, in which I'm always working up a sweat
Sundays - lazy day.
I'm hoping to keep this schedule up, since I'm seeing HUGE improvements! (Also, since I have been totally lazy the past year LOL)

My Internet is down so have been MIA
Last week in Florida I did 1 hr of weight training one day, and another day I ran 3.5 mi. I forget which day though. Gotta love vacation!
Monday 5-16
30 min walk run as part of my new running program Run Less, Run Faster
Tuesday 5-17
35 min weight training. Upper body and abs
