2 sets of 20 pushups 2 sets of 60 sec planks side plank- 1 set each side 1 set of 15 burpees. This is a work in progress. That was my first attempt at the burpee..ever! LOL

5/23: Week 3 of Couch to 5k. I really should be on Week 4 but I have a bad cold and didn't want to push myself. I'm hoping to start Week 4 on Wednesday.

30 mins- weight training- lower body, light upper body 20 mins- elliptical using my new HIIT timer App 20 push ups 1 set planks- 60 secs Plank Jacks- 20

I wanted to go for a run but stupid American Idol kept me waiting...and I wasn't even happy with the outcome!
