One round of tabata drills (4 min, 20 sec on, 10 sec off), burpees with pushups
Walked about 5 miles in Denver, casual pace
5/28
Gentle yoga, 50 mins 4 mi run at 10-11 min pace (took it easy! Wary of high altitude. Did ok though!)

I felt the same way...I almost did week 4 again bc I was sure I wasn't ready for it....but I decided to try it and I surprised myself. It was easier than I thought!!!

c25k - week 6 day 2. After a couple of weeks off, I kinda picked up where I left off. Week 5 caught me by surprise, lol. I'm scared for week 7!
