2/8 Pilates DVD at home 200 squats
2/8 Rest (but shoveled snow!)
2/10 5 mile treadmill run 38:10 Full body strength (including 100 weighted 25lb squats)
2/11 1 hour spin class

2/12 planned rest, but I also dropped something on my big toe and bruised it badly, so not sure when I'll be able to run again.

Bah. I haven't been keeping track on here, but I have been going! Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
2/13:
20 minutes (1 mile) on stair climber at low intensity. 100 crunches with 10lb. weight. 4 planks at 30 seconds each 10 sets of 10 reps on hip adductor and hip abductor machines at 40 lbs. each.

2/13 unplanned rest day (single mom this week!)
2/14 6 mile treadmill run 46:54, first 5 miles in 8:00 pace, last mile 6:54 pace.
DIY Body Pump Class- copied what we usually do in class as much as I can remember, since i will miss my weekly class tomorrow.

2/15 another unplanned rest day - did some stretching/yoga/plyometrics at home.
2/16 DH Is Home! yAY! so I ran a half marathon on my treadmill!!

I haven't been posting on here, but I'm thinking I should start, so here goes:
2/16: 1 hour spin class 20min free weights - upper body and squats
2/17 Just under a mile on the treadmill followed by a 40 min spin class. (I left early because the bike had no clips and I wasn't wearing the right sneakers for the cages. I really bruised my ankle on the bike).
