Re: UPDATE -- How much stress am I expected to manage before I implode? A not really parenting related pity-party vent of sorts...
I am so truly sorry you are going through all of this right now. Cancer is a truly scary word and disease to deal with. The one thing I can tell you from experience is to just be there for each other. DH has been cancer free for over 5 years now and it was so scary to have to go through all of it. If you need some support, PLEASE don't hesitate to FM me.

Continued prayers for all of you Rebecca!!!!!! I'm sorry this turned out to be "something" BUT I'm happy to read other posters' experiences that it's highly treatable!!!! We will all pray for your DH (and YOU!) but please remember you're only human (and a pregnant human at that!) so if you need a break, or help, you TAKE it!!!! Be kind to yourself and you'll be able to get through DH's treatment plan. Please keep us updated, I hope it's resolved as quickly as possible and the weeks and months to follow are joyous for your whole family!!!!
Re: 2nd UPDATE 3/31 -- UPDATE -- How much stress am I expected to manage before I implode? (too late!)
WOW- that is a ton of stress for one person. Have you talked to someone about all this(professional)? Thought about maybe hiring a nurse for the first week you are home with the baby? Just some thoughts Hang in there

I'm so sorry to hear about your DH and hope that his recovery is fast and complete.
Do you know anyone on here in real life? We could get together and get you some things in place...like meals, grocery shopping, babysitting, etc before you give birth so that when you give birth ...you will have support in place.
