I'm so sorry, that is just so much to handle all at once.

I pray your DH is able to see somebody soon, so he can start his treatments ASAP. And I pray that this round gets all of it!

I do want you to know that everyone is affected by chemo differently. My brother just got done with his 1st round, and was completely better a week after his last treatment. He actually has all his hair back, and got all his color back, it was amazing how fast he looked like his old self. I pray this is the case for your DH!

It's a long hard road, but 85% is amazing! Your DH will get through this, your family will get through this, and you will get through this!

First of all, I am sorry I didn't see this sooner. Many and to you and your family.

Is there anyway the oncologist would be willing to see him sooner? Is it possible DH plays the "my wife is very pregnant" card to help get him in?

And, worst case scenario he does have to wait the 3 weeks to start therapy, is there family around you can have on call to at least maybe take DD off your hands?

I am sorry I can't offer any words of wisdom. But please try to find some comfort in knowing we are all thinking and praying for your family during this immensely difficult time.

I am so sorry you are going through this! I hope your DH can see someone real soon! The best advice given to me and I do live by it is "One Day At A Time"!

Oh Rebecca, I am so so sorry. I am glad that his prognosis is good, but I am so sorry that you need to deal with this right now.

I am SO sorry, this is a lot for anyone to handle so if you have to lock yourself in a room and scream into a towel go do it - it might do you good. I am praying for you and your family and remember you are carrying a child so reach out to everyone and anyone who can help as this is no time to be a martyr. Is there anything we can do here?
