Re: 30 Shed People Weight and Progress Question
I am getting over a stomach virus and havent' done it in a few days..I feel really guilty..I lost about 7 pounds I think and toned up a lot. But my belly didn't really change and I hoped it would. I feel I will have this gross stomach forever...I did lose inches in my legs and arms and my butt tightened up a lot!

Re: 30 Shed People Weight and Progress Question
I've done it 4x so far. 3 times doing Level 1 and 1x so far doing Level II.
My shoulders are definitely harder and more defined. Oh and my legs are much harder too.
As of yesterday, I lost 2 pounds, but today I was a pound heavier. My weight fluctuates day to day so it may not be a true reading.
I will tell you that I look forward to doing it when I get home.....b/c its so convenient. And so quick!!!
ETA: I sweat just as much at the end of this 20 minutes.....as running 6.0+ on the treadmill for 35 minutes non-stop! Sounds gross, but I compare my sweatiness to see how great a work out is.

Re: 30 Shed People Weight and Progress Question
I think it is a great workout. I've been doing but haven't changed my eating habits. I am sure once I do, I will see better results.

Re: 30 Shed People Weight and Progress Question
I think I lost about 5 pounds since I started doing it (I dont know how long its been, either 3 or 4 weeks). I eat good during the week and then cheat during the weekend. I can totally see it in my body, my arms & legs are much more firm.

Re: 30 Shed People Weight and Progress Question
well, I did it once last night and MAN, my legs are KILLING me! It had to be those lunges...
I plan to do it 3X a week, in combo with cardio and weight training at the gym-- but, am hoping that the Shred will help tone me more.
Will post results but as of now-- I just want a massage and a bubble bath!
