That division is a little mature for 4th grade.
I would round 57 to 50, add that 14 times, then add the 7 left over from each. You can show this by drawing the problem out.
Multiplication is the inverse of division, but it is also repeated addition. Choose which way works best.

So the even number 798 is correct.
