I have been freelancing after work. I hav eno time to sleep or anything!!
I will be back on Saturday, the latest. This is a record for me!!! I am starting to shrink and get flabby!

1 1/2 Yoga Class
Today (Monday)
HIIT - 2 incline 5 minute warm-up at 3.8 -4.0
8.0 Fast 3.5 Slow then changed 9.0 Fast 4.0 slow
did this 10 times
then cool down for about 10 minutes

Hello everyone! I thought I'd join you all. I'm 6 weeks post partum and just started working again a week ago. My doctor didn't want me lifting anything heavy until after my 6 week checkup, so I haven't been able to do anything other than workout videos at home. My 6 week checkup was yesterday and everything is fine, so this weekend I'll get back to the gym. It's been like 3 months since I've been to the gym - I can't wait!
I'll still have to do my workout videos during the week, because DH gets home too late after work for me to go to the gym. I'll only be able to go on the weekends for a while.
This is what I've done the past week, starting last Wednesday (I may have gotten these mixed up - can't really remember which day I did what!)
Wednesday - Cathe Friedrich Maximum Intensity Strength
Thursday - Cathe Friedrich Kick Punch and Crunch
Friday - Cathe Friedrich Legs and Glutes
Saturday - rest
Sunday - went with DH and the baby on a walk, about 1 mile?
Monday - The Firm Lower Body sculpt
Tuesday - Cathe Friedrich Upper Body Pyramid
I'm feeling so much better already. Getting tighter!!!

Congrats Ann!! Go you, for getting back to working out so soon!
I havent been to the gym since my last post either..DH and I were in Vegas for our anniversary We did a ton of walking though, I think at least 4-5miles/ day. So Im still going to count that as a workout :)

Today - The Firm floor legs. I had wanted to do something aerobic and not another leg workout, but I only have a few aerobics-only workout tapes and they're all high impact. I can't really do any jumping around just yet - it doesn't feel good. I'm not 100% recovered yet. But at least the leg workout that I did was different than what I did the other day. I hit the muscles from a different angle.

25 min HIIT on treadmill - 1.5 incline, 8 sets, intervals of 3.7 and 8.6.

DH stayed home from work today so I finally got to go to the gym!!! YAY!!!
My muscles needed a rest though, so I just did 30 minutes on the elliptical and some abs.

can't get to the gym because I have been wokring non stop for 3 weeks now.
every once in a while when my files are printing, I drop down and do 20 push ups.
Hopefully tomorrow I can go if I am not up too late tonight!!

Friday - baby didn't sleep very well, so I didn't sleep very well either! Tooooo tired to workout.
Saturday - gym day!
Overhead dumbbell press: 5/15/10
Lateral dumbbell flyes: 3/8/12
Rear dumbbell flyes: 5/5/12
Seated lat rows (narrow grip): 5/60/10
That's it I got to the gym later than I had wanted, and started to get REALLY hungry, and I can't work out when I'm hungry!

Wow, you did a lot Gerty! Better than me today. I was pretty tired and sore from yesterday (and I think I'm getting sick ).
Bench press - 2/45/15 2/45/12 1/45/10
Dumbbell pec flyes - 3/10/10
Triceps pressdown (ropes) - 5/20/10
Elliptical - only 15 minutes! Abs and stretch.

Your just getting back into Annie...and I am a "big" person so I know I can lift a decent amount of weight. Take it easy so you don't get sick...especially with your bambino
