I have been freelancing after work. I hav eno time to sleep or anything!!

I will be back on Saturday, the latest. This is a record for me!!! I am starting to shrink and get flabby!

Hello everyone! I thought I'd join you all. I'm 6 weeks post partum and just started working again a week ago.
My doctor didn't want me lifting anything heavy until after my 6 week checkup, so I haven't been able to do anything other than workout videos at home. My 6 week checkup was yesterday and everything is fine, so this weekend I'll get back to the gym. It's been like 3 months since I've been to the gym - I can't wait!

I'll still have to do my workout videos during the week, because DH gets home too late after work for me to go to the gym. I'll only be able to go on the weekends for a while.

This is what I've done the past week, starting last Wednesday (I may have gotten these mixed up - can't really remember which day I did what!)

Wednesday - Cathe Friedrich Maximum Intensity Strength

Thursday - Cathe Friedrich Kick Punch and Crunch

Friday - Cathe Friedrich Legs and Glutes

Saturday - rest

Sunday - went with DH and the baby on a walk, about 1 mile?

Monday - The Firm Lower Body sculpt

Tuesday - Cathe Friedrich Upper Body Pyramid

I'm feeling so much better already. Getting tighter!!! Chat Icon

I havent been to the gym since my last post either..DH and I were in Vegas for our anniversaryChat Icon We did a ton of walking though, I think at least 4-5miles/ day.
So Im still going to count that as a workout :)

Today - The Firm floor legs. I had wanted to do something aerobic and not another leg workout, but I only have a few aerobics-only workout tapes and they're all high impact. I can't really do any jumping around just yet - it doesn't feel good. I'm not 100% recovered yet.
But at least the leg workout that I did was different than what I did the other day. I hit the muscles from a different angle.

25 min HIIT on treadmill - 1.5 incline, 8 sets, intervals of 3.7 and 8.6.

My muscles needed a rest though, so I just did 30 minutes on the elliptical and some abs.

can't get to the gym because I have been wokring non stop for 3 weeks now.

every once in a while when my files are printing, I drop down and do 20 push ups.

Hopefully tomorrow I can go if I am not up too late tonight!!
