about 550 calories

I feel like I am getting back into the gym- next week I am going to start doing weights again!

Walked 40 minutes during my lunch break.

At the gym:

Full Squats
1/weight of the bar/6
1/weight of the bar and added 5lbs/6
1/weight of the bar and added 10lbs/6
3/weight of the bar and added 20lbs/6

will start with a higher weight next time

Flat Bench Press
6/weight of the bar/6

Conventional Deadlifts
1/20lbs/6
1/25lbs/6
3/30lbs/6
1/35lbs/6

Standing Military Press
1/16lbs/6
4/20lb/6
1/24lbs/6

Pull Ups or Lat Pulldowns
I set the machine at 18 and did 6 sets of 6

Okay - I took a long time off, but have decided to come back and actually start training again.
Joined WW on Saturday(6/10) and...
Wednesday - 6/7/06 - ran the treadmill 5K in 33:48
Sunday - 6/11/06 - ran outside 4 miles in 43 minutes
