i am so hoping that he unleashed it and it took off and he was scared his parents would be mad - so he ran off somewhere...ya know???

CNN.com is saying they are not even sure he is still in the balloon anymore. They say there is a chance he fell out since the door was unlocked.

OMG, this is the most horrific thing I have ever heard. Im praying, he never actually got in it. Oh my god, if he was though, how terrifying for that poor boy.

they just said the balloon landed and the boy WAS NOT IN THERE AND THEY THINK HE MAY HAVE FALLEN OUT ALONG THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UIt didn't look like there was a door on it, to fall out of, it just looked like a cardboard box covered in Mylar...i am praying and hoping this was all a hoax.....

That's what I was thinking too. If he fell out wouldn't there be an open door or hole? The whole thing seemed sealed.
I hope it was just the kids fooling around and then hiding because they were scared.

OMG I watched the whole thing. at the end they did show a door that was opened and they were taking pictures. but where would he be? them not updaing is making me so nervous and uneasy!!!!!!
