***Weekly Menu *** 5/7
Happy Mother's Day ladies
Sat: Spaghetti, meatballs, and eggplant rollatini with salad and crusty bread
Sun: Mother's Day BBQ: Beef Satays, Chicken Kebabs, & Turkey London Broil, String Bean Almondine, and Rice Pilaf. I'm making a strawberry shortcake trifle with fresh strawberries, ff cool whip and pound cake. (Not sure of other dessert, my sister is taking care of it)
Mon: Tuna Salad (I go crazy adding diced carrots, celery, onions, pickles, cucumber, and whatever veggies I have around) and pita chips
Tues: Leftovers
Wed: BBQ Skirt Steak, Baked Sweet Potatoes, & Tossed Salad
Thurs: TJ Chicken Wontons and homemade Veggie Fried Rice
Fri: Pizza for the boys/leftovers for me

Tuesday: Turkey Tacos
Wednesday: Steak, Baked Potatoes, Asparagus, Tomatoes
Thursday: Roasted Chicken Drumsticks, Rice, Broccoli
Friday: French Toast, Bacon, Citrus Salad
Saturday: Birthday Party.

sunday we hosted mothers day, fresh mozz, cheese and italian cold cut platter, spinach balls.... DINNER, marinated skirt steaks, cajun grilled tilapia, grilled veggies, homemade potato pancakes mmmmm!!!!
monday - leftovers from yesterday
tuesday - i have a function to go to
wed - chicken tacos
thurs - lamb chops, baked potatoes, roasted veggies with onions and breadcrumbs
friday - friends for dinner
saturday - helping mom and dad move, who knows!

Saturday - tilapia oreganata, potato/onion hash brown potato cake (Wolfgang Puck recipe), steamed broccoli
Sunday - prime rib, crash hot potatoes, haricot vert w/shallots & pancetta, PWs rosemary rolls
Monday - showing the house at 6pm, I don't think I'm going to have time to cook
Tuesday - radiatore w/broccoli rabe, lemon zest, pecorino romano & garlic
Wednesday - working late, leftovers
Thursday - breakfast for dinner - french toast, bacon, scrambled eggs
Friday - pretzel & mustard crusted baked chicken, brown rice, roasted cauliflower
Saturday - pizza

Sunday- Kosher deli
Monday- Turkey meatsauce in slow cooker over pasta, melted part skim mozzarella on top.
Tuesday- Chicken cutlets, broccoli, mashed potatoes.
Wednesday- Taco night and the fixings
Thursday- Out
Friday- Breakfast for dinner- scrambled eggs, bacon,toast.
Saturday- Going out.
