What do you have on your wall going up the stairs?
We bought a Hi-Ranch and the wall going up the stairs is completely bare. What do you have on this wall, if anything? Doesn't have to be the same type of house, I just need some ideas.
We went to my gf's house the other day and hubby whispered to me, "i'm not picking on you or complaining, but look at all the pics she has around. We've been in our house 2 years and you don't have one pic up of us." 
Thinking maybe I should do a photo wall? or just artwork? I need to make my home "Homey" if that makes sense.
Any pics would be so awesome.

My mom had pictures of all her kids, my grandparents, wedding photos on the wall leading up stairs in my childhood home (family of 9 kids so it took up a lot of space)
you can put art work too.

we also have a high ranch and i have a large iron decorative thing on that wall. i was afraid that picture frames would get knocked off when carrying up groceries etc.

we have a metal scroll thingie at the bottom of the stairs then family pictures going up the stairs.

My parents have one very large framed peice of art on that wall. They have a Hi-Ranch.

Just google gallery wall and you will get a LOT of ideas. If you have a pinterest account they have a lot of ideas on there too.

there is a pic in my album from when we 1st moved in... i have a hi-ranch as well. i did a picture wall. it's all pics from our wedding, though someday i might change it.
