7 month old - real cranky - need advice

my DD has been such a good baby, she didnt cry a lot or anything. always cheerful and everything, we went for a 10 day vacation to Jamaica, got back last week and since then she seems intolerable!
maybe its because we spoiled her during our vaca bc all the attention was on her but seriously i dont know what to do sometimes. im blow drying my hair and she fake cries just so i look at her, i put her in the swing, she screams bloody murder, once i talk to her she's fine.
Is this the way its going to be?
What shoudl I do?
Obviously I dont want to jump at her every cry/wimper/scream but I hate leaving her just to herself, I feel like a bad parent.
At the same time I dont want her to think shes got me wrapped around her little finger.
Any advice?

Is she teething? My DS is 7 months as well as for the past 2 weeks he was basically inconsolable. Low and behold his 2 bottom teeth came through at the same time. He's definitely better now...

yes she is teething, her bottom two are ready to come through any day now!!!!


Did I mention when I lay her down to change her diaper or clothes she screams also!
