8/9/10 month-old moms: what's your nap schedule?
How long is your LO awake before you put them down for their morning nap? How long are they up btw end of morning nap and the start of an afternoon nap?
DD's nap schedule changed. Again. (She likes to do this to me every 6-8 weeks). she used to have her morning nap 3-3.5 hours after wake up. Yesterday and today, she's not having it.  I'm trying to figure out a new schedule for us, so TIA for the help!!

DS is 9 months. He wakes up at 7 and is ready for a nap by 10. He naps for 2 hours. He sometimes will take an afternoon nap after his 4pm bottle for an hour and a half but other days he just catnaps in the car & skips it. The morning nap is crucial or else he is fussy all day.

My DS is almost 9 months
he wakes up about 8-8:30
will nap at about 12 for 1-2 hours
will nap again at about 3:30 for 1-2hrs
sometimes will take cat naps in the early morning/later evening
goes to bed about 8-8:30
my son loves his sleep!

DS is 11 months but for the past two months or so, he's been taking 2 naps - morning and afternoon. His AM nap is about 2.5 hours after he wakes up and lasts about 90 minutes. Then 3-4 hours later he'll take his PM nap which is about the same... 90 mins to 2 hours. On average.
